1. Introduction and Applicability

3. Age Limit and Identity Verification

joya baje reserves the right to verify a member's identity at the time of registration or at any time thereafter. This process may require submission of a copy of a national identity card, birth certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

Identity verification is not only to confirm age, but also includes preventing money laundering and ensuring the overall security of the platform. Refusing to submit required documents may result in the account being restricted or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

joya baje currently processes transactions through the most widely used mobile wallet methods in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Withdrawals can likewise be made through these same methods.

4.2 Minimum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at joya baje can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; the wagering requirement would be ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This means that before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, joya baje reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance may expire automatically after a set time limit.

5.3 VIP Program

The joya baje VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is awarded at each tier based on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. It is possible to move up to a higher tier by staying regularly active.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on joya baje operate using third-party verified Random Number Generators (RNG), which make the outcome of every round completely independent and unpredictable. Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a technical fault occurs during a game, an attempt will be made to restore the game from the last confirmed state according to the system log. If the game cannot be restored, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. In cases of technical faults, joya baje's decision is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with the rules. Odds can change rapidly during live betting — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market and are displayed in the game interface. joya baje reserves the right to revise the betting limits of any account under specific circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya baje platform:

• Participating in games using software bots, automation scripts, or any form of artificial means.
• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Processing funds for the purpose of money laundering or through suspicious means.
• Exploiting technical faults or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Colluding with other members or placing coordinated bets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Assisting minors in opening an account or participating in games.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment details.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. To do so, contact the joya baje support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any available balance will be eligible for withdrawal before the account is closed, however any bonus with incomplete wagering will be cancelled.
